He currently serves as the Senior Pastor and Founder of Reveal Church Worship Center and Rodney Rogers Ministries, LLC. He has over 12 years of a corporate background and over 10 years of developing future leaders, community development, and spiritual empowerment. Pastor Rodney completed a rigorous and ministerial licensing process with Word of Faith Family Worship Cathedral, in Austell Ga, where Bishop Dale C. Bronner is the Founder and Senior Pastor. Rodney is being supported by Christian Alliance of Pastors, Inc (CAP) and the Dale Bronner Institute of Leadership Development in his faith-walk process. He is also the author of two books "Faith is the Substance of the Unseen" and "We Are One" Principles to a Successful Marriage.
